Black Radish - What do I do?

Hi everyone - I got a black radish in my farm share this week and I've got no clue what to do with it. Internet research suggests it's more like a turnip than a red radish, so I suppose I could pick a recipe that calls for turnips and sub in the radish...but if anyone has any tips for particularly tasty things to make with black radishes I'd love to hear them!
