I'm borderline obsessed with Octopus (and oysters and a few other bits from the sea), and i'm always on the hunt for the best octopus. So far my favorites have been:
1) Fusilli with Octopus and Bone Marrow (Marea, NYC)
2) Charred Octopus with fermented black bean (Le Bernardin, NYC)
3) Grilled Octpus (Zenon Taverna, Astoria)
While not always looking to break the bank, am willing to do so if the dish is right... What is your favorite Octopus dish in NYC?
