Does anyone have any suggestions of good travel mugs?

I have a stainless steel Contigo which retains the heat very well and is very spill/leak proof. But after using it for awhile, I noticed that I taste a plasticy taste (from the lid portion). I can't stand it so now I just use the mug to transport my morning coffee and then I pour it out to a cup at work. This is a bummer.

It may be my fault for not cleaning out the mug right away after use but still...

Please help!
