Hi All,

I'm sure many of you here have heard the news circulating lately about "pink slime" being in about 70% of ground beef sold in the U.S. As a burger lover, this is kinda disturbing to me.

I've read that McDonald's is "no longer" using pink slime in their burgers (non-issue for me, since I don't eat there), but I'm hoping the burger-loving community here can help us develop a list of burger joints and whether or not they use this additive in their ground beef.

I sent an email last night to Freddy's (my favorite burger locally), and will post their response here when/if I get a response. I'm hoping others here can reach out to different places and see what the responses are.

Anyone game?
