Ive decided to make the investment in a set of knives for my home. I want to get a good quality, probably German style. I just want some opinions from people who have tryed a few different kinds? I work in the food industry, but with cakes and pastries. Have'nt had a whole lot of exposure to professional grade knives. Any suggestions? Thanks.
