Vegetarian eats in Southern California?

Hey all! I'm a Brit, heading to Southern California (Orange County and San Diego) in June. I'm looking at possible places to eat out over there, as a vegetarian. I'm sure there must be some good places there, does anyone have any suggestions? Not too high cost though.
