Sa Cha Beef Sauce
I've eaten Sa Cha Beef before (or is it Sha Cha Beef) from the restaurant by work. I really like the sauce, but all of the sauces in the store I see list shrimp paste or brill fish in it.
Does anyone have a recipe for this that I can just forget the fish? I hate seafood, but love the spicyness of this sauce.
