Lactose and Sugar Free Dessert

We're having a dinner party on Friday and I just found out that one of the guests was recently told to avoid sugar and lactose. I guess she has still been eating honey but no sugar or sugar substitutes. I need some ideas for a dessert and I'm hoping that somebody can help me with some ideas for something really yummy.
