Passover brisket

Hi all-
I have been tasked with making the brisket for my Mom's seder this year. I would like to do a sweet brisket and as an FYI there will be 14 people (however this will not be the only main course). I plan to make it ahead in my home, let it cool, and travel about 30min to her house to reheat and serve,
Any suggestions?? Thank you in advance~~~
