Overworked and undernourished
This is my first post. Was mildly excited about it until I wrote it, and now I know I just sound lame. Anyway.
My husband and I work and go to school full-time, so we eat out almost every day. My bank account and inner wanna be chef can't stand it anymore. I've tried to do the cook-all-day-Sunday-for-the-week marathon, but that takes all day and I really haven't the energy. What are some of your suggestions for make-ahead meals that can be heated at work and eaten en route to school?
