Sugar=The Devil?

Hi All!

I've recently been reading about how bad sugar is for our bodies and realized that, despite not really seeing myself as someone who eats a ton of sugar, I eat more than the recommended amount most days. So, my question is twofold: (1) Most of my sugar intake is coming from fruit. It seems counterintuitive to think that fruit would be bad for my health, but I'm wondering what other people out there think, and (2) any tips on cutting down on sugar (other than not eating obvious baked sweets) would be great. Thanks!
