Great tofu dishes?

Are there some great tofu dishes out there? I'm not looking for meat substitutes, just dishes with tofu that happen to be delicious. I do know that the dry fried tofu dish at Tony Hu's restaurants is really good, but I'm not sure after that. Any help?
