Serious Eats: Talk
So South Portland, ME just opened an Elevation Burger...All their meat is organic I believe--that's the difference I guess.
I had one, the "original" with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and elevation sauce.
It was pretty good except it was overdone. They aim for that meat crust, but the middle didn't remain soft...it was pretty crumbly, but not in a good way...What does everyone else think of Elevation Burger?
