McDonalds...for Breakfast?

OK so I know its not hard to make a breakfast sandwich, but I am usually in a rush in the morning, and theres a Mcdonalds on the way to work. The nutrition for like an egg mcmuffin doesn't seem bad, and I'm not looking to lose weight, actually looking to put some healthy weight on. Is stopping for an egg mcmuffin and coffee bad?
