I have a recipe that uses a bunch of dry spices and also white vinegar. I make this recipe often.
Can I use white vinegar powder in place of wet vinegar?
I was thinking of trying to order some bulk spices and mixing up a large batch of my spice mix and keeping it ready to go, as all the spices go in at one time any way.
I thought I'd mix everything well and see how it comes out.
Once mixed, I thought I'd try to add up how many teaspoons the original recipe calls for and use that much. Then the next time I can adjust more or less if I need.
