Providence is no slouch in foodie land - but has just recently been blessed with a crop of really good food trucks, including: the Chez Pascal truck, Mijjos Tacos, Flour Girls Baking - and Rocket Fine Street Food. I'm a true burger fan, and really like the Rocket burgers, all with Niman Ranch Angus. My favorite is the Red Planet burger with just Rocket-made tomato jam and bibb lettuce on a nice bun. I'd like to see AHT cover burger trucks - and nominate the Rocket in Providence. Any others?
