Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Sauce

Yummm!! I love every vegetable roasted that I have tried, it becomes sweeter and soo much more flavorful. Roasted veg with sauce, can't be beat.

Total Time:  15-20 Active Time:  25 Number Serves:  4 Equipment:  Knife, mixing bowl, oven

Ingredients:

Cauliflower, one head
olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper
Tahini, 2-3 tablespoons
1 lemon, squeezed
cumin, salt, and pepper
agave, to taste
toasted sesame oil, to taste
hot water, to thin sauce

Procedures:

For cauliflower – cut cauliflower into flower-ets, toss with oil, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and garlic, roast at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes, turn if one side is getting too brown, if cauliflower is done (cuts easily) and is not brown enough, turn broiler on for a few minutes, watch closely.

For sauce – whisk all ingredients together, taste, adjust seasoning, oil, agave, water
