Determining ingredients in a recipe?
Is there some sort of food science lab I can pay to kind of figure out a recipe for me?
I tried to look for something on the net, but don't know exactly what to search for.
I've got a kind of sauce I'd like to duplicate. I found a recipe online, but it's not totally the same. It's missing "something". Still tastes good, though.
