Anyone else obsessed with the cookbook Plenty?
It seems like every single one of my friends is obsessed with Plenty by Yotam Ottolenghi...Erin and Carey and Nick all loved these brussels sprouts, and my friend Sarah loved the shakshuka recipe, and my friend Chris loved the eggplant (from the cover) and the mushroom dish with eggs...My mother made a really great snap pea salad from it that was dressed with mustard seeds and tarragon—a really smart salad dressing that was much more ambitiously spiced than most you see.
Are you guys all cooking from this book too? Any favorite recipes so far?
