Does anyone have any recipes for Nutrella Soy Chunks?
These I found in the Indian store.. they were only a few bucks for a large box.

To cook them you soak them in boiling water for like 20 or 30 minutes.. they puff up, then you squeeze out the water with your hands.
I made them before.. and put them in some kind of sauce. I forget what, but they didn't taste so good.
We went out to a Caribbean restaurant that makes huge wraps filled with various things.. I had a combination of spicy potatoes and Nutrela, my Girlfriend had spinach and Nutrela. However they curried the Nutrela, they were fabulous!
The people who own the place were very friendly. We've been there 2 or 3 times since and the food was always good.
