I need recipes that can stretch a small amount of protein!

As a cost saving measure, I need some recipes that can stretch a small amount of meat into a few meals. I have 1/2 pound of ground turkey but still want to have leftovers of what I prepare, any ideas? I make a lot of chili, so looking to branch out from that.
