Lobster for New Years Eve

I need your opinion. I bought a 1 lb and a 1/2 rock lobster tail and need ideas on how to cook it. Boil, broil, boil then broil? I dont want to ruin it. It wasnt cheap. And I dont want it to get tough. Can you really ruin a lobster tail? Any ideas comments would help. thanks and Happy New Year...
