Christmas Cookie Baking
I am somewhat new to baking but since I've started I love it! Last year (my first baking in earnest) I made five different kinds of cookies about 3 dozen each. I want to make even more, and a greater variety this year. I'm not sure how well they keep or what the best timetable is to make them or whether to freeze them or not. I was set on starting this weekend. Does this sound like a good timeline to all you experienced bakers out there? Any tips for my first big foray into the cookie baking arena? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
