Have to make it an official thread so we can go back and check our progress!
I again am going to try to see how long I can go without succumbing to the evils (but oh so lovely!!) of fast food.
I also am going to commit to losing weight healthfully. I've got about 20 lbs. that need to GO!
Cook more. Eat in the dining hall less. And importantly keep trying to engage my kids in the healthy cooking/eating process!
