So i purchased this cheese (irish stout), which is so yummy & has a bit of a beer taste to it. A little too strong to eat alone. there is an irish bar down the street from me and they have the best Guiness mac and cheese....SO i am thinking that would be something similar. I am not a huge mac and cheese person but think it would def be delish. Any suggestions???
