Hi all. I grilled a bunch of miso-marinated salmon and its just too salty. I'm thinking I left it in the marinade too long (the recipe suggested 30 minutes and, due to a busy couple days, I left it in waaay longer). Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has any good ideas about incorporating the fish into something that will mitigate its saltiness. Maybe a pilaf or a salad or...? Thanks!
