I'm really craving some spicy tuna poke. I went to school in Hawaii for a couple years and became addicted. Now, back in the mainland, and Maine to boot, I can't get it anywhere that even comes close. Does anyone out there have a recipe on how to make it? I've done a search but I'm hoping to hear from someone who makes it like they do in Hawaii. I can't afford a ticket to Hawaii at this time. Any luck out there Se'ers?
