Serious Eats: Talk
I'm planning my first solo-hosted Thanksgiving, and I already know I'm not going to want to cook anything for at least 2 days after the big meal. Are there any dishes you make extra amounts of, so that you can eat them as leftovers? Any particular kinds of dishes do well the next day or even three days later? And finally, I'm sure there are some dishes that no matter how much you make, they're going to vanish by Friday night. Let me know your experiences so I can plan ahead!
