It's been quite a week and a half here in CT. Our campus has power back but 50% of my town still does not have power. I think I will probably have to homeschool PreciousGirl as they may never be able to go back to school.

We lost power for 4 days. The freezer was never opened.
I almost finished cleaning out the fridge but one quick question...
I have a ton of nuts stored in the freezer...are they ok?

I threw everything else out but the schnapps and the dead birds. I figure all those things can freeze and refreeze...but the nuts??
