Meal Schedule

Do you eat certain groups of food throughout the day, like only oatmeal for breakfast (although Mark Bittman has introduced us to have a savory one for dinner, hey why not, it's a grain), bread (in sandwich form) for lunch and then pasta or rice for dinner? Just an example. I find myself liking to go heavy on the carb in the morning and more vegetables by end of day.
