I want to make some kind of risotto for a mother of one of my students who is in the middle of chemo treatments. I don't know her very well but she has always been good to my family.
If I make her risotto and just leave it on her step..can she reheat it and it would still be ok? And if she didn't feel up to eating it could she pop it in the freezer and eat it later or would it end up a gloppy mess?
I don't want to go the lasagna route...too boring.
