Bell & Evans vs. Murray's turkey
Does anyone have Thanksgiving experience with both Bell & Evans and Murray's fresh whole turkeys? If so, which did you like better and can you compare them? Also, I was raised on Butterball, which I guess is slightly brined (which they call self basting)... am I going to miss out on the juiciness that this brings? I dry-brined my turkey last year and it came out too salty so I am reluctant to try Murray's brined turkey.
