Yea, it's not for me, but for my parents. For Thanksgiving, I'm taking my parents to a Greek restaurant. In addition to seafood (it's a Greek restaurant afterall), it's also BBQ night, so there's a choice of ribs and brisket. Which is a better choice, flavor and texture-wise? The ribs are actually $2 more than the latter, but that's not my concern. Thanks.
