I am in charge of a Panini Station in a busy grocery stores Prepared Food Cafe. On Sunday I need to come up with 3 different Panini's for the week. I am going to make a Raisin Bread w/ Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper & Spinach so far.. Any suggestions?
