Pan amasado in NYC?
Does anyone know of a Chilean bakery somewhere in the five boroughs that sells fresh pan amasado? (Okay, let's not be crazy: Four boroughs -- I'm not going to Staten Island for bread even if it's the best effing bread on the East Coast. I'm sorry, I'm just not.)
The reason? I have an insatiable craving for a chacarero sandwich, and while I know I could very well just make the bread myself... I kind of would rather just slice and assemble, you know? I'm sorry!
