so - i have a fair amount of venison to jerky up - and only so much my son will eat. so i have a bunch to play with on my own. so i am looking for interesting ideas for jerking this up - i can do multi batches, no big deal - so any one wanna help me think? i want to do a fish sauce and palm sugar...and? as an start....help me out? please?
