Cutting Boards.

Saw a post below about cutting boards.

What kind is yours?

Wood or a plastic composite.

I think the composites are easier to sanitize, but then again, I'm sure wood has been used for centuries.

Mine is a composite, which is getting tired and I wonder if little plastic shreds are going into the stuff I cut and chop. I don't have a microscope, so I don't know (Extra fiber maybe, which is not that appealing).

Just curious.
