I've begun my Thanksgiving preparations (planning, dry-running, etc.) and since we do a buffet-style dinner with tiny bites throughout the night, I was thinking of doing a selection of pickled and canned things. I have two pickled garlic recipes on deck, fried walnuts, spicy warm olives, and I think some cornichons would really be a great addition. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good brand of jarred cornichons (in case I don't get to canning my own) or a recipe for them? I'm not sure if I can find the tiny cucumbers.
