What to put on the grill for Labor Day???

I mean this is one of the last times you can "officially" grill/BBQ until the spring (unless you live in Cali or Florida) so I wanted to make a few meats and but wasn't sure if it was overkill to make Burgers, Ribs, Brisket, Brats, Hot Dogs, Links, Polish Sausage,...(you get the idea). So what are your thoughts?
