I'm fairly fine with the way I make my ham/cheeseburgers. I was reading on here about the Sous Vide machines and those burgers look fantastic. The caption said it oozed juice for 45 seconds it was so juicy.
After reading other captions it appears I do not want a sous vide machine.. after all I only eat beef.. no chicken, duck, quail, or seafood as shown in those pictures, so I see limited use.
Anyway, is there anyway I can achieve such mouth watering burgers without a sous vide and on the cheap?
I currently add a few tablespoons water (or other liquid) in with the meat before I make the patties and then fry. Bulgogi sauce is GREAT mixed in.
