Serious Eats: Talk
"Time to boycott tuna again?"
Have just read this editorial in the New York Times by Mark Bittman about new efforts to prod the tuna fishing industry to pursue fishing practices that protect fish other than tuna.
I often resolve after reading things like this to change my own buying practices, and this one might prompt me to do that again, as tuna is the fish I eat most often.
Wanted to bring this to your attention, since collectively we can make a difference. What do you think of Bittman's column and the reality he's painting?
