Any recipes out there for a low sugar first birthday cake that tastes good too?
We haven't given any processed foods or sugar to our little one yet and it's her first birthday this weekend. We are having a few people over so it needs to live up to our standards of tasting delicious, but also be suitable for three little babies in attendance.

Any ideas?
