Saturday Lunch/Brunch in Lancaster/Hershey, PA?

Hello, some friends and are going from NYC to Amish Country and Hershey, PA on Saturday, and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for where to get lunch / brunch in the area. We are particularly interested in going to a good smorgasborg if there are any. Thanks.
