hi serious eaters...

anyone have any recommendations for cuisine in boulder, CO? i am a vegetarian and love farm-to-table stuff, veggies, pizza, sandwiches, vibrant salads, etc etc.

will be there for a week starting tomorrow and would love to hit up some delicious spots!! :)
