I am in the market for a blender..

The other night I made a recipe for cold soup. It's tomato, peaches, onions, few spices, etc. As I blended things it left the soup with a little bit of a texture.

I like smooth soups and sauces. Obviously I don't want to pay $400, but I also am not so cheap as to get the $20 model from Wally World. I already have $25 - $30 cheap Oster.

Maybe I should be looking at a juicer or is there a blender you recommend?
