Help me find a gift for a new mom? Someone I know just had a baby and we're trying to think of a gift for her. I thought meals would be helpful, and there are lots of meal delivery services online, but I have no idea if they're any good. Some of their websites look kind of hokey or too dieting-oriented, and some look fine but I'm worried that they'll taste like airplane food and I don't want to do that to her! Plus, she eats gluten-free.

Has anyone had experiences, good or bad, with meal delivery services like DineWise and Personal Chef to Go? Or are there any NYC-specific meal delivery options that you'd recommend? Gluten-free options especially appreciated. Thanks!
