As I was recoding inventory things in our foodservice menu on the campus I attend, I came across the pizza inventory and after seeing multiple references to "supreme" and "deluxe" pizzas, I was wondering:

Is there a specific "definition" for deluxe or supreme pizzas? I know they're different... but is it just a regional or brand thing? Or is there more to it?
