Can homemade mayo be canned so I can store it and use it later?
I like to make sauces. There's a place in New York City that serves Belgian frites with over 30 sauces. A lot of the sauces I think are mayo based.
Last night I made a new variety of fry sauce. Fry sauce is basically mayo, ketchup, pickle juice. I made mine with cherry in it also. Gave it a nice flavor.
