Recently, I've been a bread addict. I visit the greenmarket three times a week just to get fresh loaves of bread. I would love to try some baking myself, but am intimidated by the process and also I don't have the equipment or ingredients in my small home. My current career is nowhere food-related, but I often fancy myself of being a bakery apprentice. The more I think about it, if there's one food-related job I would want to commit to, as much as I love baking sweets, in the long run, I would prefer to call myself a 'baker'.
