While reading the most recent PG post on Slice I just had the epiphany that barbecue would be a great site branch for SE. It's a cuisine of great passion/dedication and diehard loyalty to a huge array of regional styles. There's already quite a bit of intel here on SE and I think if there were a centralized location where fanatic backyard barbecuers like myself could congregate, the possibilities are endless.

Just something to consider.
